Production Manager FW

Summary: The Production Manager All-Star will lead and contribute towards creating a meaningful Kingdom evoking experiences for all of a Fort Worth church activities and special projects. The Production Manager is directly responsible for providing effective leadership in the areas of technical management, as well as supervising and controlling all production processes and operations. This role requires a competent professional who is well-versed in the context of general production: specialized in industry stander skill sets, pace, and procedures. The successful individual will possess a unique combination of creativity, along with an administrative aptitude with a solid work ethic to do whatever it takes to get the job done with excellence. This role demands a visible presence of leadership and character.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Directly support campus pastor and staff by contributing through a leadership command presence and oversight.
  • Lead in such a manner as to demonstrate clear grasp of leadership principles and Godly character.
  • Support the campus strategies and tactical execution towards growth and effectiveness.
  • Directly contribute towards fostering an environment that reinforces our core values and mission.
  • Lead with a high output yet sophisticated approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate to further reinforce a leadership development overall culture.
  • Demonstrate natural ability to lead with poise and effectiveness especially during high pressure settings.
  • Lead with a steady intellectual and emotional dexterity in all situations.


  • Help maximize our human capital and other assets through a range of systems, controls and protocols.
  • Drive and assist to establish a consistent quality standard on all platforms which preserves brand integrity.
  • Directly oversees and coordinate the production aspects of the services and special events.
  • Direct and supervise all details associated with Production (lighting, sound, stage design) of the weekend service on (but not exclusively) the campus and special events/classes.
  • Foster clear and open communication between production team and staff.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to execute details of service and special event as planned.
  • Coordinate and interface with Music & Fine Arts Director for all service and special event.
  • Create weekly order of service for campus Pastor and key members of the staff.
  • Schedule Lighting Operators, and production personnel as needed for services and events.
  • Manage production systems throughout the church campus (all venues, kids, youth, and lobby)
  • Work with staff to provide consultation and technical expertise for ongoing ministry needs and events
  • Create and communicate guidelines for use of production elements and systems


  • Champion a high engagement environment that cultivates quality volunteers and deep collaboration.
  • Identify, develop, and deploy production volunteers to enhance our overall production quality.
  • Provide Social Media development training to ministry leads.
  • Provide regular training in terms of social media best practices.
  • Foster a high volume of volunteer support for events and special projects.
  • Provide ongoing consultation, training and support for volunteer and leaders.
  • Help maximize our human capital and assets through a range of systems, controls and leadership


  • Mix FOH for weekend services and special events as needed.
  • Lightly operate lighting console for minor occasions and special events as needed.
  • Lead and support setup of systems throughout the church campus (all venues, kids, youth, and lobby)
  • Utilize Pro Presenter, and other related visual media applications
  • Use project management


  • Bachelor's Degree in Theater, Film, Video Production Required. 
  • 2-4 years of experience as a staff member in a Creative/Arts Ministry support capacity or related work experience. in a large church production or live/tour production required.
