Summary: The Digital Marketing Project Assistant will provide project support and develop and execute special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Become knowledgeable on the organizations mission, brands, and audiences.
• Keep the growing department on task and on schedule through follow-up, collecting necessary project requirements, providing status updates, and more.
• Keep priorities aligned with goals and objectives of our CEO.
• Identify potential risks, adjust projects to remain on schedule; communicate information updates, and document progress.
• Responsible for assigning, reporting, and monitoring work assignments.
• Maintain internal filing system.
• Consolidates internal feedback, and communicates necessary revisions to graphic designers, content producers, and team members
• Attends meetings contributing logistical solutions and realistic action plans.
• Develop and execute special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of experience using Asana required
• Experience with Box application preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Extremely organized
• Adept at creating collaborative team environments with a solutions-oriented attitude
• Energetic, positive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment
• Able and willing to thrive in a diverse workplace
• Identify opportunities for improvements and pursue them relentlessly
